The map showed the unit on the 1st floor, BUT in reality it was on the 3rd floor. The King bed was rock hard. If that's what you like NOT. The loft must have been made for kids, theirs no way an adult could sleep up there. The knives for slicing and dicing wouldn't even slice butter. The kitchen did not have much as for being stocked.

Great location. Beautiful view. Condo was roomy and comfortable. A bit worn! Loft is difficult to use since you have to crawl on your knees because of the low ceiling.

Perfect for our needs ... close to village and parking

The condo was nice, it seemed clean. The kitchen was an odd set up, but met our needs for the 2 night stay. It is close to the village which was nice. No close in parking, so had to haul bag and cooler up and down hills and through grass. The parking lots filled rapidly, so generally had to park 2 or 3 lots away from the condo. The pool was excellent, so nice and warm and very relaxing. Overall, I would stay here again, based on the pool, and location of the property.

When we climbed 3 flights of steps to the condo, we were expecting to see the type of condo we have stayed in before in Aspen and Snowmass. We walked in and immediately were disappointed. The reasons were many: 1) the furniture was very old and outdated; 2) the main bed was located in the kitchen area where a dining room table would normally be, right next to the refrigerator; 3) the appliances and refrigerator were outdated; 4) the sofa bed mattress was old and uncomfortable; 5) the fans were noisy when turning, the one near the beds in the loft area above the ladder was not working well; 6) the ceiling in the loft area was very low, hit heads very easily; 7) the paint on the bottom of the closet doors was chipped and they were off their rollers; 8) the bathroom lighting was bright and uncomfortable; 9) the towels were old and not soft; 10) the TV picture was old and blurry. We were very surprised to get a large resource fee for the complex? Why, what did we get for that? We had to park away from the condo, had to drag our luggage up 3 flights, did not get service and had many rules to follow before leaving or we would be charged? The one positive thing was the gentleman at the releasing office was very polite when we went to pick up the keys.

The location was great, the pools were nice. However, the Aspenwood (J12 unit I believe) I stayed in was terribly worn and needed major updates. It appears to be in a 1970 time warp. And the beds in particular are terrible - my wife and I couldn't sleep in the same bed as the mattress was so warn we would simply roll into the middle. It has definitely been rented regularly for years. Other units in the Aspenwood complex appeared significantly more updated.
