Modern 2 Bedroom Ski In/Out Condo 02

Summary:
Located in Electric Pass Lodge building, this property offers cozy mountain comfort and sophisticated eco-friendly interiors. Conveniently located within Snowmass Base Village, shops, restaurants and activities are just steps away from your door. Enjoy an on-site pool and hot tubs, AC, true ski in/out access in the winter, and trail access right outside your doorstep in the summer. Guests are also able to access the state-of-the-art SBV Fitness Center in the neighboring One Snowmass West building. Please note, there are exciting improvements happening on the east end of Snowmass Base Village with the new Stratos development adjacent to Electric Pass Lodge.

The Space:
The spacious corner unit is accessible from the first level of the building but sits above grade on the Wood Road side facing North, with a valley view.

Living room has a queen pull-out sofa. No pets please.

Guest Access:
Guests will use the Latch/Door app to access all doors in the building. The app allows access directly from your phone and will require emails for all individual users. Door access will be shared prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Snowmass Base Village, the building sits between Wood Road, Viceroy hotel, and is within an easy walking distance to retail and restaurants in the heart of the Village.

Getting Around:
Ski-In access is via Bridges slope directly to the building. To Ski-Out, take Bridges to the Assay Hill chair lift.

If traveling within Snowmass Village, guests can ride the free, year-round Snowmass Village Shuttle. For real time schedules and to schedule on-demand rides, download the Snowmass Village Shuttle app.

If traveling to Aspen or Down Valley, the property is a short walk away from the RFTA transit center which provides free, year-round routes to Aspen and Down Valley. Traveling between Snowmass Village and Aspen is free, easy, and convenient regardless of the season. RFTA buses depart from the Snowmass Mall bound for the Rubey Park Station in downtown Aspen daily. For Aspen/Snowmass and Down Valley information visit RFTA's website for up-to-date schedule information.

Other Things to Note:
Each unit gets one free, covered parking spot (unassigned) in the EPL garage, and one ski locker. You will find a Welcome Binder with more information inside the unit.

Interaction with Guests:
The building does not have a front desk. Check-in and check-out are all done remotely with the Latch/Door app. If issues arise, please reach out to the property contact directly.

Great Location

Awesome condo in a great location! Ski in ski out with spacious ski lockers. Snowmass Base Village is a within easy walk away. Kitchen has all the stuff you need to cook. Building pool, hot tub, and social room are really nice. Highly recommend and plan to return.

Fabulous stay

The condo was fabulous, very well stocked and we loved the bathrobes and slippers! A true ski-in/out location in the village. They even had a traditional coffee maker as well as a nespresso machine.

nice place, my 3 year old loved the pool and slide. I wish I knew about the easy access to the assay lift earlier instead of walking to base village express lift or elk camp gondola at base camp

Fantastic property. Excellent location in Snowmass Village. Easy ski in/out. Great hot tub. Brand new building so all new furniture and furnishings. Nicely appointed. Underground parking. Owner was an excellent communicator and host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

This was by far our most favorite ski vacation to date. The condo was absolutely stunning, and the hosts were a joy to work with! The location of this building was perfect. I loved that it was a true ski in / ski out with our own dedicated ski lockers at the base of the building. (right next to the ski run). It made transitioning on/off the slopes a breeze. Another bonus is the ability for us to walk to Clark's market. We didn't have a car, and this allowed us to cook lots of our meals in the condo in the evenings. We loved relaxing in the gorgeous unit and utilizing the wonderful kitchen (fully stocked!) after a long day skiing. My teens also loved the hot tub/pool and the close proximity to Snowmass base village. This brand new condo/building is so well designed and truly the best ski condo we 've ever rented. It checks all the boxes!!! Highly recommend! We will be back!!!
