"We stayed at Il Gabbiano whilst attending a family wedding at Castillo Borgia. The location was perfect, we could walk to the castle if needs be and very near to shuttle guests. The staff at Il Gabbiano were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The rooms were clean - maybe could do with a bit better shower but over all good value. The restaurant and pizzeria were excellent. We had a wonderful 5 days thanks to Gianni and his staff. Would recommend. "

The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. "Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."

Lots of Parking, it did get busy on a Saturday night parking wise but still managed to find a space. Staff were super friendly and spoke good English, directions to my room were clear and information about the bar/restaurant were good. "Camera e bagno un po’ vecchie ma pulitissima come anche asciugamani , la doccia invece non calda ma tiepida unica pecca , mentre il servizio ottimo gentilissima la proprietaria. Le poche pecche sono compensate dal prezzo molto conveniente e dalla bellissima posizione perciò ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."
