"Hello, We had booked the hotel via Expedia and arrive at Chandigarh Airport at 9pm, we spoke to hotel staff and arrived to the hotel, but when we reached at the hotel, we came to know that there were no rooms available for us. After 30 min they had arranged 2 rooms in hotel Hollywood, But we didn't receive the facilities shared by Expedia while the booking of hotel. "Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. "From the front staff receptionist to the managers and also the staff at the restaurant. They were all terrific!!! Provided a memorable stay for me and my family. Would definitely like to stay again in Snow valley hotel. "
