"Selection of evening meals poor, beds uncomfortable and pillows rustle. Had to have aircon running all the time as no opening windows so no fresh air in room and otherwise too hot. "

"Room was a bit dirty (marks on the wall and an earing in the small bed), shower pressure need improving, could do with a small fridge in the room which it did say should be in the room but wasnt one in the room we stayed"

"Room was nice and had a great view of the sea front. The staff were super welcoming and nothing was too much of an issue. Really nice break for a night and will definitely consider the same hotel for the future. "

"Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning. The bathroom was quite dusty and there was no hand soap provided so had to use the body wash to wash hands after using the toilet. Didn't eat dinner in the restaurant as the set menu provided wasnt the greateat and the breakfast in fhe morning wasnt the best. The hotel is situated on the south shore and opposite a tram stop so is great location for getting the tram wherever you need to go. Parking was provided on the street outside. Would.book to stay here again but only.if getting a good deal. "
