Holiday Home 'Casa Amber' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The house has been carefully renovated, featuring white plastered walls throughout. The floors combine handmade terracotta tiles with solid, comfortable wooden planks. Antique mirrored doors add a sense of peace and harmony. This is a spacious home, thoughtfully designed with attention to detail.



In the walled courtyard, orange, lemon, and olive trees grow between the stone paving. Lavender and rosemary brighten the flower beds, while geraniums fill the pots. Sun loungers and seating can be moved to find sun or shade. The pool is filled with salt water. The outdoor shower, with both hot and cold water, is popular at any time of day.



On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance with a beautiful stone floor and stairs leading to the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for up to 10 people. The terrace outside the kitchen features a large dining table. The laundry room offers a washing machine and storage space. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi. The library is a cozy room for quiet moments. The small office is perfect for writing postcards by hand. The guest toilet under the stairs is compact but very practical.



Upstairs, there's an entrance area with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal if you need extra sleeping space. There are three bedrooms, one of which is 35 m². Three bathrooms each have a shower and WC. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to relax before bedtime.



Parking is available for two cars. Dogs are welcome. There are two parking spaces outside the house but within the communal grounds, suitable for a medium-sized and a small car.
