"My room wasn’t the cleanest. The hotel had an odor to it that encompasses you the second you walk thru the doors. The hotel itself wasn’t clean. You’re getting what you pay for with this hotel. The staff was decent. And security was talking outside loud enough u could hear them at 2am. And the lighting from outside came thru the curtains."

"The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern. We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us. I would say it's a good property for the area."

"This is the second time I've stayed here. Location is perfect, as we were attending both Indians and Cavaliers games, which are minutes walks from the hotel. Staff is friendly, check-in was timely (no long lines) and the room was exactly what we expected. We did not have our room cleaned after night 1, which was a surprise. Maybe that was the policy, but I assumed we would comeback from a day out to made beds. Also, breakfast didn't start until 7am. My son and I were out at 6:30 both mornings, and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee. That said, I would stay here again. Location was just too good, and everyone was friendly."
