"The team members were very nice, hotel was clean, our only issue was breakfast.. it was very chaotic since it’s such a a small space. Our son has a peanut allergy so in order to know what to avoid I had to ask since the food itself wasn’t labeled (there was only a sign saying some items may contain)"

"Great room even with a view of the alley! only wish there was a bathtub! Bed was comfortable and spacious room with chair and ottoman. Really a pretty special hotel in Cincinnati! I had dinner at the restaurant and had a great server / experience. Highly recommend."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff was the best part of the visit for me. After another hotel cancelled my room for overbooking as I was arriving in town, I had to scramble to find another room. I called and they immediately verified they had a room available and got me all set up 10 minutes before I got to the property. Their kindness was very appreciated and if i return to Cincinnati, I will stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The entire property was very clean. Our only complaint was -we did not feel the breakfast was anywhere near worth the $81 for 3 adults both in quality and portions."

"It was a good hotel. We had to book at the last minute because the place we were staying lost power and water. The desk clerk was kind when I showed up at quarter 'til midnight, and got me checked in quickly. The breakfast was SUPER chaotic, so we opted to just skip it. I was also refused a receipt when I checked out, because I booked through a third-party, which was weird, and not something I've run into before. It was a nice, clean room though."
