"I had a 1 week stay there the room was large the a double and was comfortable room was clean and tidy bathroom the same and a very good location to walk to the town centre or you can catch a bus 30 or 54 to town "

"From start to finish, all was good. Check-in, room and cleanliness. Getting to the hotel is not for the faint-hearted, especially from the M5, some very narrow roads to navigate."

"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."
