Familly holiday

Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. All inclusive is recomended ..we would love to came back to this place again.

My stay at Ciudad Laurel.

Checking in, we were greeted by a nice receptionist who showed us our apartment. Despite our late arrival, there was something to eat. As we got in the apartment, We were welcomed by two spiders, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Otherwise, the apartment was neat and tidy. Although breakfast starts at 7.30am, Had to use the microwave at 8am as the eggs and bacon were already cold. I had hoped to enjoy a nice swim in a heated pool but that was a luxury best imagined as the pools were not heated and the water was freezing cold. There were no toiletries in the bathroom other than a hand wash. Was told bodywash, shampoos and conditioners were no longer provided. Couldn’t get an ironing board from the reception with card payment and was told I needed to pay cash deposit which meant a 20 minute walk to a cash machine outside the hotel near the beach. The food mostly looked better than it tastes. Generally, staff were nice and polite. The hotel is quite a distance (53 mins drive) from Palma airport.

Great place to stay. Staff are quite pleasant. I didn't like single beds so we joined them to make a double bed. They helped us to join the beds however they said they didn't have double size sheets, duvets and blankets. 2 adults using single sheets and blankets is not great. Also i was on the swcond floor, no lift whatever luggage you're carrying. Everything else was fantastic
