"The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!) We can’t wait to return again next year!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved."

"Friendly hotel and good cleanliness with excellent location. You can easy to access all the shops near by bar and restaurant around the hotel. We have enjoyed our stay and would recommend. To everyone. I hope to visit again in the next trips."

"The hotel is fairly modern, spacious and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and it's situated away from noisy bars etc. Breakfast has a wide selection. However the pillows are hard as concrete (noted in many reviews) and the hotel need to change these. The requirement to pay extra for the safe is also poor for a hotel of this standard."

"Nice hotel in a good location. Staff very good in the main. We chose the all inclusive option and My Favourite Club (based on the feedback of others). Both were well worth the additional cost. Food was good (variety and quality). The only real annoyance was the tendency of some to place their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then disappear for large parts of the day.
