"Beautiful villa with fantastic pool and views. Clean and spacious. Lack of air conditioning did make sleeping difficult due to temperatures between 32-38 degrees in the week we visited. Animal sounds of a donkey opposite and chickens, dogs, cats were continuous but didnt spoil our stay. Great loaction to visit towns and coastal areas."

"Pros: La tranquilidad"

"We absolutely loved staying here. The villa was gorgeous - the interior is understated and comfortable with lovely stone flooring and an especially lovely master bathroom. Outside the garden is kept well and the pool is a good size. Nearby Arta on market day was a highlight. We would recommend anyone thinking of booking to hire a car. While walking and buses are doable, the requirement to dispose of your own rubbish in the municipal bins would make staying here without one tricky."

"It was everything we hoped for beautifull gardens and villa the only down side was maintenance men in every day all day dont know what they were doing but it invaded our privacy otherwise no complaints"

"Can Xerpeta was exactly what we wanted for our first stay in Majorca. The property is beautiful and the area quiet and private. Shopping in Son Servera is close by and sunset at Cala Mesguida is phenomenal. "

"Pros: Space, garden and location Cons: some mosquitos"

"Pros: Location, communication with host, cleanliness, pool, etc Cons: Nothing"

"Pros: Die Finca wurde sehr liebevoll und mit viel liebe zum Detail. Man merkt das mal eine Familie in dieser Finca gelebt hat. Jederzeit gerne wieder hier Cons: Als einziges wäre vielleicht zu erwähnen, dass es im Schlafzimmer im erste Stock, leider keinen grossen Kleiderschrank hat. Aber das ist jammer auf hohem Niveau"

"Pros: Very quiet, no other guests visible. Groceries quite near (of course you need a car). We stayed in December, so we didn't use the pool, but we could. Some things in the fridge, so we were able to come down and have a coffee, before we really had to buy something. Large shower, good TV. The road at the house is a real adventure, come with a small car!"

"Pros: la grande terrasse ombragé, la vue sur les montagnes et la situations idéal pour découvrir la cote EST avec un accès rapide vers PALMA"

"Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is a little bit outdated but has all you need. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs. The pool is clean, unfortunately, we did not use it because we were in February. But we was able to collect fresh oranges and mandarins right from the trees. The house has a central heating so it was always comfortable inside. I would definitely recommend this house. Cons: One thing we did not...

"We stayed at this villa 2 years ago so thought it would be lovely to come back as we knew the location and size of the property. The villa has great space and lovely outdoor areas. Unfortunately since we were lat hear it looks as if nothing has been changed. Most of the furniture is in need of replacing and the kitchen and bathrooms could really do with updating. We were hoping that a few of these things would have been done since last time. Still a great holiday..."

"Pros: Joan a été très réactif, rien a redire, la maison est super et un peu au calme ce qui est loin d'être désagréable. Nous y reviendrons sûrement."

"Pros: Outside area including pool and lawned garden was great. Cons: Beware the midges!! Height of summer suspect no A/C would be an issue."

"Great location a few minutes walk to beach and bars/restaurants. The villa has everything you need, ordinary towels and Sun lounger towels provided. Parking right outside the door and massive garden."
