"The staff was excellent! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! The view is excellent! We stayed in the 2 bedrooms and the beds were very hard. The room with the balcony side could get noisy at times especially between 5:30am - 6am. They were exercising across the street with very loud music. However, our last night we stayed in ocean view with king bed, it has better view, and bed is a little bit softer, and noise control is better. We can easily get a Grab to go anywhere. We would definitely stay again, but will choose Ocean view king room!"

"The rI was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The pictures appear to be heavily edited, and the actual room was in poor condition. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and worn out, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning did not work properly, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, the same problem occurred every day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout the stay. Another major issue was the frequent power outages. Electricity went out approximately three times a day, and the hotel had no backup power system in place, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and the condition of the facilities was far below what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here"

"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"We were looking for a quiet place with a private beach and we found exactly that. Pros:- Beautiful place, big villas with good working AC (a little noisy) -friendly attentive staff, welcoming drink - private pool by every villa in addition to the larger pool by the restaurant -great breakfast (though not too many choices for vegetarians) Cons: - beach needs a better cleaning, a lot of cigarette butts and little plastic trash - better maintenance needed for private pools and villas (for instance our pool had only one working lamp out of four) -would be nice to have a kitchen that you can actually use plus some dishes/utensils, etc. - laundry was not available despite the description in the website Generally we loved our stay and would love to come back."
