"Staffs in the front reception are very helpful and attentive, go about and beyond helping with every aspect during my stay , room is very clean, water bottles are well stocked, I was told swimming pool is closed for renovation,( oops I didn’t read the fine prints,) breakfast was very limited food choices, over all the hotel is ok , "

"We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"Lovely family run hotel "

"The resort is small in size (20-odd villas). Each villa is spacious and has it's private pool, kitchen (sparsely equipped) and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The whole resort can benefit from a spruce up. Overall we booked this as a shirt r&r in the mid of our Cambodia/Vietnam tour and it allowed us to get that. "

"The pool was inaccessible, the floor on the roof felt like you were going to fall through. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold, the food was put out but left to get cold, the coffee came out ice cold and put on burners, it was not geared to the western tourist. I will never recommend this hotel or return to it."
