"The location was perfect and the room spacious but definitely not deluxe as it was advertised. Unfortunately the door handle fell off and the lighting wasn’t ideal. Lamps were loose and therefore not working and the bedside lamp obviously had a loose connection as it flashed on and off. I feel that it was a little expensive and I was surprised that we had to make our own bed and that nobody was actually at home to greet us. "There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
