"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! "Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy. When came back for checkin time, we used the kiosk again and it gave us a key. There was someone at reception, but we didn't really interact with them.
