"Deeply disappointed with our 6 night stay at The Signiel Tower this past week. Absolutely not a 5 star experience, overall very poor value. The room was very small/cramped. Repeatedly tripped over a small table and chair near the foot of the bed during the night because there was no room to maneuver. Service was extremely indifferent and often lacking. "The property was very clean and the staff was more than helpful. On 17 they have a small continental self serve coffee, ramen, juice and cereal bar very clean. It was nice to be able to store our luggage with them for free hours before our check in so we could wander around and go to Lotte World. Highly recommend!"

"Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um Seoul zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt nicht mitten im Zentrum, aber nahe des Lotte World Towers und der dazugehörigen Mall. Direkt hinter dem Hotel liegt ein interessantes Vergnügungsviertel mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Das Zimmer war guter Standard, nur das Badezimmer ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt, da es ausschließlich aus Glasscheiben besteht und die Tür einen recht großen Spalt hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Team durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"チェックインが遅くなることを伝えていたので、遅い時間でも、親切に対応していただきました。お部屋は綺麗に清掃されていましたが、ゴミ箱のゴミが残っていて（前の宿泊者）残念でした。"

"近くでコンサートがあったため利用しました！最寄りの総合運動場駅まで徒歩で行けるため、夜遅くに終演するものに参加する人におすすめです。 当日は早朝に到着したのですが、スーツケースを預けられました。預け方としては受付の方に声をかけてフロント階の一角に置いていくだけだったので、若干不安でしたが簡単でよかったです。 チェックイン後、部屋に入ると段差があり、靴の脱ぎ着がすぐできた(土禁)のが良かったです。靴を脱ぐ文化のある人たちは安心するのではないでしょうか？笑 水周りはユニットバス方式で、バスタブにカーテンがないため少しお湯は飛びますが、トイレとは距離があるためそこまで気にならなかったです。トイレも紙が流せるタイプです。 テレビとエアコンのリモコンが一体化していたのはびっくりでしたが、分かりやすかったので慣れれば便利です。 ホテル周辺はラブホ的な場所もありますがそこそこ人通りがあり、飲食店も多いので安心しました。蚕室セネ駅から来られる方は、2番出口にエスカレーターがあるので、そこからすこし歩いてホテルに行く方がいいと思います！"
