"Location is great. Rooms are good size. We had a small window and carpet old so bring slippers. Staff tidy up, clean br, new towels daily, and take out trash daily. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit daily... try the purple sprouts!"

The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property. For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair. "A wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room. The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them."
