"Perfect location for visiting my sister, in a community with a golf course (nice walking), a public pool less than a mile away, close to Hwy 101. Studio apartment is small but with nice double bed, clean with full kitchen (tho no stove, not needed). The room is hot after warm days but a good fan and opening windows and door cools it nicely for comfortable sleeping. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner's daughter kindly closed my car door which I had left open when arriving in the dark."

"The room was decent. The shower and toilet room is very small. The jacuzzi was heated but the jets weren't very powerful. The bonfires outside are nice. Breakfast was okay, waffle iron is available."
