We had the pleasure of staying at Luxe Calistoga while visiting the area for a concert. We were completely amazed during our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the room was comfortable and spacious, but the overall service, while friendly, is not as good as it should be for the price. The front desk completely neglected to tell us about any of the "extras", like the free wine tastings at Ferrari-Carrano vineyards (value of $35 per person), the complimentary daily wine tasting at the hotel, and the corkage fee waiver at John Ashe for bottles purchased at Ferrari-Carrano ($25 value). None of these perks are mentioned on...

Wonderful place to stay. Was in town for a 4 day dog show and was made to feel very welcome. Room was comfy, amazing bathroom, grounds are lovely and the lounge is amazing! We had wine tasting in the lounge one night and a bonfire the next.

Could use a cabinet in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put toiletries down while using the sink etc. Front seat was excellent. overall, great place to stay!

Remodel of the property is great! Restaurant was very good. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Resort fees are irritating when you’re staying for business purposes and don’t use any of the facilities. Please stop this.

Lovely area and has great amenities.

Staying at this property was nice, the most important impression that I got while staying at the property is that the owners actually CARE about the property - the evidence is all around in the level of maintenance and upkeep. This property is nice, clean and well kept - I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We absolutely loved the inn. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great and incredibly helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable and extremely well-managed. Our needs were attended whenever we needed something or advice on where to go. The burritos across the street were also AMAZING! Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Just amazing. I had a pretty significant event in my life that really required me to get away and clear my head. After some searching, I came across the Glen Ellen Inn Secret Cottages, about an hour away from where I live. The photos looked nice, and the reviews were all excellent, to the point that it was hard to believe. But the jetted tub called to me! I am so glad that I did this. Private little cottages with hardwood floors and deep soaking tubs, wine and cheese at night and a huge breakfast with quiches, waffles and espresso in the morning, your own complimentary bikes for your stay (with helmets , locks, backpacks, and bottled water supplies), plus a picnic basket in your room for your day trips to the wineries. And you can walk across the street to hot springs. Love it.

Very cute and quaint with excellent customer service . Fresh pastries in the am is fabulous. Super quick walking distance into town. something to note for those who want it- no tv in courtyard room so bring your earbuds for your phone or a tablet to watch stuff easier if that’s important to you.

It’s one of our favorite places to stay in the wine country. We have stayed several times over the years. The new restaurant is fabulous.
