You can watch the waves breaking on the shore from the conservatory during the daytime and the lights of the fishing boats in the bay from the upstairs lounge at night. The shop opposite is well stocked and the community cafe does great scones. Several good walks nearby along with birdwatching and archaeological remains. Definitely somewhere to return to. "Lovely property. The living room and kitchen are spacious and gorgeous. The hot tub is spectacular. The rooms are nice but small. The hallway leading to the rooms is very narrow and you basically cannot open two doors at once. The less pleasant part was the check-in process. We never received exact instructions from VRBO or from Hoseasons. I tried calling on the way there but the numbers that were given on the VRBO or Hoseasons website didn't work. The chat option was useless as well. I tried...
