I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). Rooms are recently renovated, high quality, and the location is perfect - close enough to the restaurants but also to the funicular so you don’t have to drag your luggage too far. Breakfast was great as well. "
