"I'll start with the property manager who met us. He basically was there to just let us in and didn't go over any of the properties features. He barely said two words to us just threw the keys on the table and left. Not very welcoming. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage up which was mentioned in the listing but be aware that you must also carry your luggage up stairs once inside to the two upper bedrooms.
