"Our stay here was lovely. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful (and the hairdryer in the room was better than my one at home). The cut through made it a really easy walk to the shops, bars & restaurants and station and there was a shuttle available too. "The views from the hotel of the Gulf of Naples were incredible. Could have sat on the balcony for days and looked out at them. The breakfast was also a highlight - the a'la carte menu was much appreciated, and dishes came out cooked as requested. We had a sea view from our room, and it did not disappoint. However, the room was clearly under the carpark or potentially the road, and in the evenings the noise from the road / cars was very evident. I guess this is the compromise for effectively building a hotel on a cliff! We recognised the issue after the first night, but as we were only there for a short stay (two nights) didn't think it was such a big issue to request a room change. Apart from the noise from above, the room itself was lovely, and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed utilising the private path down and back to the marina, but recognise it is not for everyone if mobility is limited or steps are not your friend. Overall, would recommend this hotel. The view is insane, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast alone is worth staying the night."

"Pros: The hotel has a nice sea view and easy access to a swim area on the beach. It’s a short walk if you want to take a ferry to Capri or any of the Amalfi coast towns and not a far walk from the train station. Cons: The room came with a massive Jacuzzi tub that we wouldn’t use. The shower was extremely small due to the massive tub. Also, the iron was difficult to use as they have it attached to ironing board so you have less than a foot of cord to work with. Breakfast would’ve been better if they offered cooked bacon as the bacon they put out was raw."

"Lovely stay for four nights. The hotel is a short flat walk into the town of Sorrento (17-20 mins). The hotel also offers shuttle which is handy if you are going out for the night and have your heels on. Breakfast was lovely, everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious. We had a balcony room overlooking the sea which was beautiful but having a garden facing room you wouldn’t be disappointed. The garden is also very beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family."

"We traveled to Sorrento for my friends birthday and our stay was amazing! The hotel is on a great safe location within walking distance to the town square. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. It definitely gives that old money feeling. The staff it’s amazing they all act pleased to assist. Thank you so much for your hospitality"

"One of the great stays in Sorrento. The view is incredible especially if you’re facing the sea. Service is good and I love the lift straight down to the beach. There are very small details that the hotel needs, eg bottle opener, maybe a side table in the sofa area. These are just minor details that won’t really affect the actual stay majorly. The bathroom and bed everything else is fantastic! The hotel opened just about a month ago, I do hope they will continue to improve and maintain the property as I’d love to come and stay again 😊"
