" Excellent place to stay. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch!! They were helpful with recommendations from local restaurants to the best way to travel (taxi or metro). Even eating at their restaurant was a wonderful experience! Staff that we have to mention because of the vast knowledge of Milan and Italy overall were Sarah, Giuseppe, Andrea, Olim Arianna and of course MEDO ( all went above and beyond to make our Italian experience fantastical!)"

"Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. "

"This was a great place to stay if you want to be in a quieter scenic area. It was not in the center of town, but was easily walkable along the lake. It took an average of 15-20 min walk to get to the Ferris wheel in Lecco and it was a 25-30 min walk to the main Lecco train station. The room in the hotel was clean and the restaurant had great dinner options! "

"Had a really nice stay, the staff were really polite and helpful especially Christina. The hotel is located near a metro station which makes it easy to travel around Milan. The breakfast options were nice and the room was clean. The only thing was the light switches in the room were hard to figure out at first but we asked the cleaners for help and they politely helped us. All in all a very good hotel with very nice staff in a good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future."
