The elevator is right next to the room so you do frequently hear it, and I could hear the people above me - this didn’t bother me, but I could see if you were a light sleeper - it could be an issue. "We were here for spring break and had a great stay. Irina was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. You can't beat the location - Ocean Drive is very walkable and the beach was right across the street! The noise levels did get a bit high at night and the rooftop pool also played super loud music, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quieter place. There were a few beach chairs in the apartment which was a huge plus. Overall a nice play to spend the week."

"The location of this property is perfect for access to the beach, Ocean Dr and shopping on Lincoln. Note that the balcony view faces a building but this is as advertised in the listing and not a surprise. I still enjoyed my coffee in the morning and reading out there at night. Some unexpected pleasant surprises included a coffee pot with filters, extremely comfortable bedding, and blackout shades available behind the more sheer shades that allowed the place to have great light in the daytime but...
