You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

3/3 sleeps 7 or add 2 extra rooms to sleep 11 with dockage

total sleeps 7 upstairs or 11 with 2 downstairs rooms which are $75 per night for each extra room. Also includes boat dockage for up to two boats. Upstairs bedroom has queen size pillowTop of line All New "PILLOW TOP MATRESS beds. QUEEN in the bedroom and a twin pillow top bed in living room house has wifi . The 2 guest bedrooms have 2 full size beds each bedroom has its own attached full bath. The 2 downstairs rooms each have 2 twin beds and own baths. A full kitchen with ice and water in the refrigerator, coffee maker kuerig and regular coffee maker bring your own coffee, toaster, stove and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer for you. Covered porch overlooking the dock with lots of seating and sun deck with lounge chairs. Fish cleaning station and a BARBACUE GAS GRILL.. Most of all we live near by if you should need anything. Check in 3:00 pm check out 10:00 am
