"The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay, the house is on a busy street as mentioned, in the heart of the neighborhood, we had no problems. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and the beach is a flat, lovely,15-20 minute walk. The rail station is less. The interior is immaculate and very quaint. The host is very responsive and we even left a laptop and she took the extra time to mail it to us the next day. "

"Very good location in Evanston and close to the train station and shops. Contact with the on-site team was very good, and they were responsive to my requests and helpful. The infrastructure is very pleasant. However, I regret that the 2 bedrooms had no windows, making them stuffy at night and difficult to ventilate. I also regret that the only windows in the apartment overlooked the garbage cans. What's more, there was a real lack of crockery in sufficient quantity (glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.)...
