Everything was clean and they provide you with a lot of toiletries including toothbrushes. Breakfast is in a shared room and consists of toast, jams, cereals and coffee and tea. "Location is just outside hanok village which is good as not so noisy. But the room walls are very thin, I could hear neighbor conversation throughout the night. Very difficult to control shower head water. Is either too hot or too cold. Stayed for 2 nights but no make up room service. 1st day, Had to wait at front of hanok as no one at counter to help check in & could not dial the number provided at the signboard. Had to ask for help from a coffee place beside the hanok to call the boss. "
