"First of all thanks to Stephanie in Vanderbilt Radisson Blu, we booked twin bed room but when we reached to hotel , it was fully booked and not available ... Stephanie helped us to solve problem and she sent us to do Hampshire Radisson Blu in central London. She even insisted to pay taxi fee from Vanderbilt to Hampshire... When we checked out from hotel, she also called us whether everything was good during stay , we are happy to stay at Radisson Blu in London. We will back to Vanderbilt after 3 days again. Hampshire location is the best for walking around. Our next trip we will stay in Vanderbilt and see, but if you are able to use underground (subway) then both are very convinent to reach everywhere in London."
