The room was on the smaller side but was clean and the staff were helpful. There is a supermarket close by so ideal location and not far from the underground.
Great location just a short walk from Earl's Court station. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent value for London. Would definitely stay here again.
My 17 year old son and I came to London from Canada for a concert. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the underground and wonderful restaurant options near by. The staff were remarkably friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy!
I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
From our arrival it was obvious how lovely and helpful the lady on reception was, really great.
Our room was spotless, twin room, so comfortable and very quiet, just what we wanted, no noise at all. I would stay here again. The perfect location for both Kensington and Hyde Park, Albert Hall and museums all nearby.

When entering the property, you have to go through a flight of stairs and ring a doorbell to enter the building. A small lift to go to your room is available. Note that there are no AC in the room except for the basement. When we got to the room, there were stains in the bedsheets and the body shower was not refilled.
There are available water and fruits in the lobby are. The staff is what made our stay amazing. They were accommodating and very nice! Shout out to Sol for the best customer service!
This is a lovely hotel, close to Earls Court station, where the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the price is very reasonable. It was the hottest weekend in May, so the room was a little warm, but fans were provided to help us sleep. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet, and the fruit and water provided was much appreciated.
So pleased we came across this hotel. It was clean comfortable and the staff we're incredibly friendly and helpful. It's located close to earls court station and a short walk from the venue we were attending (Empress Museum). Although we only stayed one night would definitely recommend and return again should we be visiting that area again. Oh, and massive thank you to the lovely lady on reception who gave us a well needed cold cider drink on arrival!
We had a lovely welcome from Sol after a very long trip. Good location. Super easy to find from the train. Basement apartment was perfect for us. Fan kept us cool on London hottest day. Comfy bed. Great shower . Would stay again
Clean room, great location near Earls Court tube and easy access to Royal Albert Hall. Nice area around the hotel, felt very safe. Tea and coffee provided, and complimentary fruit in the lobby too. Free refills of water from the machine in lobby, and toiletries and hairdryer provided. Comfy bed! Air conditioning not the most effective on the very top floor - hot all evening, despite a fan also being provided in the room. Didn't spoil our stay! Reception staff also very welcoming.
I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv.

Wonderful location in a safe neighborhood convenient to transportation options. Would definitely stay again.
Convenient location, about 20 mins walk from the Royal Albert Hall.
Room and bathroom were very small but clean and comfortable.
No breakfast available at the hotel but plenty of options in the area.
Compact, clean, friendly staff, right by the tube, room has everything one would need for a short stay. Would definitely stay again for a short solo trip!
