Great location for museums and tube station opposite makes everything very accessible from here. The room was great, very clean, plenty of room, good shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was poor, whilst the selection was pretty good the food was cold every morning.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are nice especially if you have a garden view. Only negativee pooint was thhe check-in which was painful and unpleasant.

Good location near an Underground stop and in a less touristy/crowded area. Great fitness center, not very big but had a good selection of weights/cardio. Staff was also helpful when we had questions/requests.

The location and price for this hotel was great. You have a tube stop right across the street, Hyde park, two museums and great shopping all within walking distance. The road noise can be a little loud sometimes, so if you can get a room on a higher floor you might be better off. We also ate dinner 1 night at the Secret Garden restaurant in a dome. That was pretty cool and the food was pretty good. Fun experience

Fabulous hotel! We stayed on the 24th April for one night as a family Of 4. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with king size bed for us and double bed for the children downstairs (two floors). Also included nespresso coffee machine and complimentary fruit and macarons on arrival. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice of fruit and warm food. Great location too!
