The location is brilliant with both South Kensington's museums and Knightsbridge's shops just a fee minutes walk. Overall, very good hotel and amazing staff. Would be coming back. Tip: spa is adjacent to the hotel and chargeable, but the price is more than reasonable for hotel guests. "

"The Ampersand is a lovely hotel in a fabulous neighborhood with the convenience of the tube, shopping, museums, and restaurants right at your doorstep. I liked this hotel for its charm and because it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. The rooms were quiet at night, the temperature is adjustable, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the towels were plush. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I would highly recommend."
