I enjoyed being able to have breakfast on site. It was convenient and a good value. Staff were great and very helpful. Main lounge area was nice for relaxing in the evening. Nearby tube station was very close by. Convenient location.

Wonderful location, very good room Queen bed (not just a double), surprisingly spacious Room serviced every day, unlike many hotels now Minor quibbles - toilet unreliable flushing, shower screen often let water spray out Outstanding location though - easy walk to park, tons of restaurants, and 2 blocks to Gloucester tube station which is super well connected on 3 lines

This hotel seems tired and could use a renovation and also is just a little outside the main areas of town. The shower and sink had poor water pressure and the room furniture was uncomfortable.

Simple, clean and affordable, in a great spot very close to the Piccadilly line which will get you from Heathrow to all the big central London stops. Very helpfully held our bags for us on the last day while we wandered around as well. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Good location. Rooms on smaller side but with good bed and that is all I needed. Airconditioning had issues and could not find manual how to operate. Bathroom needs a minor upgrade but everything worked. Would book again
