"I arrived to check in and was told I was VIP of the day - such an amazing surprise after a long journey from NY! The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and have told friends and family about the amazing experience! Thank you!!"

"Really nice modern hotel within walking distance of main attractions and Waterloo train station. Friendly and courteous staff. Concierge Rinaldo, very helpful. However the area around the hotel while it felt safe it is really run down. "

"The mini kitchen was great. Only issue is that you can’t stop/pick up in front of the hotel because of the buses and the Uber drivers always confuse it with the hotel across the road "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food and bar were also great! I love the iPad in the rooms controlling everything, made it a lot easier to navigate. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and the bathroom area was super spacious. "
