"Premier Inn County Hall is a great location for sightseeing, shopping and travelling on the Tube and Buses. The room looked clean but there was a noticeable smell of old carpet and cigarette smoke. The staff was mostly friendly but some of the night staff was curt.
Even a standard room should have a mini fridge or a microwave but my room didn’t. There was not telephone so I had to go down to the receptionist each time for assistance. The room was uncomfortably warm, even at night, as London...
"While a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight, we were blown away with the reception received and the quality of the hotel and rooms. Excellent."
"Greeted with a friendly receptionist named Evelyn who was able to get us into our room early after a long overnight travel. Room service was great and timely. Concierge helped us get a taxi early morning on our departure day. Only downside was dinner at the World Cup watch party. Took a long time to get served."
"This is a lovely hotel with high standards for cleanliness and service Breakfast was very good with as n excellent selection at the buffet. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for short and long trips. The area is beautiful with views from the window of zing Ben and Parliament. Only negative is that it’s at least a 15 minute walk to the tube station"
"The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"
