"Superb property in Church Fenton. Perfectly situated for trips to York, Leeds and other places in Yorkshire. The property itself was high quality and thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely be back to stay, highly recommended."

"Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. "

"Not sure if it was due to Expedia or the host but I got too many emails once I’d made the booking and I was badgered to check-in but the process wasn’t clear and I had to download an app which seemed totally pointless. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...
