"We were upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace and it was the most wonderful and unique experience. Everything inside the hotel was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was ideally located to see the majority of Mumbai’s sites. Staff were very helpful and keen to assist us with finding the right room when we arrived. Area was very safe to walk around and we were only a very short walk to the Gateway to India. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. "

"Great location for touring Mumbai As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the area Hotel fairly budget, bed comfy, shower no hot water , good air conditioning and fan which was essential Did the job for the price paid "

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

"The hotel is a scam, first they didnt allowed me to check.in and asked for extra money, then the room was not even 50sqmt and it was shared wash room. Not worthy. Need my refund back. "
