"Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. "

"Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

"Clovelly Court is well placed and Nightingale House was well appointed with a great lay-out for 6 adults sharing. We were in the area for a wedding so the location was great and we loved that the property is walking distance from a superb and quirky pub, a fabulous coffee shop, pharmacy, and Sainsbury.
