Our stay in Yaba Chigui Lodge was most delightful. The property is very well maintained and the design is unique with huge glass windows. The rooms are facing the jungle. Waking up in the morning we listened to the noises and even saw two monkeys. The innkeepers Juan and Ana were extremely helpful and friendly. We would come again in an instant!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Luna Lodge. From the very welcome at the Puerto Jimenez airport, the ride to Carate, the owner's welcome upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. We stayed in a tent, all the way up the steps. Couldn't have asked for a better view. We definitely had the best lodgings at Luna Lodge. My wife and I were at the Lodge for eight (8) full days. We have extensive travel experiences throughout the world. We cannot say enough about our stay, without a doubt one of the best we have had across almost 30 years. Absolutely epic view. Incredible accommodations and very friendly staff. We had a very short stay and wish we could have been there longer. Highly recommend. The only challenge is the treacherous drive up/down the mountain. It is not paved and very rocky. You’ll need a 4x4 vehicle.
