"The other guests were the only real issue we had with this location. Our room was right beside the pool and kids were literally screaming and running around until 10PM. Other than that, the room was very clean and the coffee was surprisingly good. We brought our own coffee expecting a full-size coffee maker, but it’s a single-serve. "Staff were very nice. Outside area had a lot of construction and appeared maybe a bit run down, but the room was really clean. It was quiet, no issues with people outside the room or loud neighbors. Nice to be able to park right in front of the room door. Fast check in and check out. Heads up, Expedia customers have to pay a $75 cash deposit, but at check out it was fast and got it right back. "

Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned.
