"Some issues with check-in but manager took care of it but it seems it affected my stay two days later with my girlfriend. We were told I booked a king bed but I’m sure I booked two queen beds."

"The rooms were very nice and things were well taken care of. By only complaints, which you can only do so much about where the neighbors I had the evening of my stay they were loud and obnoxious around my front door and stayed outside until about 11 with horns honking alarms going off I mean, it’s Reno so I let it go. As I’ve said with the last three out of four places, I’ve stayed have somebody clean the drains once in a while."

"Very clean, comfortable bed, great shower!!! Not much to do in area without taking a cab. Staff was wonderful and love the airport shuttle they provide for free!! Breakfast also great!!"
