"They over booked the b&b so we had to wait for them to find something for a family of 4 which took a while. They had placed a couple in our family room as they were also without a room due to over booking so they then had to move them yet again to put us in there, we then had to wait an hour for them to sort it (it was 6pm at this point with 2 young children) and when we got in there were crumbs on the bedside table. The hotel was filthy! Not one thing was clean. Even the sink in the room was despicable, it looked as though drug users had been burning things in it with the about of deep burns in the sink… the shared bathroom had no lock on the door, also the light didn’t work so we had to use our phone torches through the night. We couldn’t get a shower (not that we would have even if the door had locked) due to the door not being able to lock. The mattresses have certainly seen better days as have the walls and decor. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free."
