"Parking. The property charges $7.00 a night for guest parking. I understand paying for guest parking at downtown hotels due to limited parking spaces usually located at parking garages. But parking spaces at suburban hotels are not at parking garages but on property so why charge? I have come to Memphis for the last 5 years in September to attend the Southern Heritage Classic. I stay 3 nights (Thursday - Saturday). This parking charged adds an extra $21.00 on my bill. I don’t care for it, but I really enjoy my stay at the property. But now being retired I may have to seek hotels with more inclusive fees. "

Front desk staff got us check in/out with no mishaps Housekeeping did not disappoint at all. dinning Staff very polite &attentive we had William as our server and he made us feel like home away from home very catering and down to earth. Made our experience even greater it’s a must we visit again overall hotel experience 10/10"
