"I made the reservations for the Bonnie Brook several months ago for Mardi Gras weekend, so we had a long time for the anticipation to build up and we were not disappointed! The 3 grandkids, all under 10, had never experienced a train before, let alone slept on one, and they had a blast. It was right there in the train yard, so we had access to all the trains to explore and the location, right on the Strand, couldn't be more perfect. The kitchen is small and not conducive to much cooking, but...
