"The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area."

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"Very nice accommodations and pleasant staff. The only thing that we had a problem with was that the room that we stayed in (the Tulip room) the door would not lock. We felt safe enough, and we didn't have any valuables so it was fine for our situation, but for others, I'm sure having a door that locked would make them feel more safe and secure. "

"The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious & clean. The only problem is the room refrigerator only gets mildly cool, it doesn't keep food/drinks cold. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there again."

"Very nice stay! Very clean, very comfy. 1 block from Louisville Slugger Field and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Kinda loud after a ballgame, but settled once traffic was gone. Room had a full kitchen, comfy bed but pillows were awful. Shower is big walk-in with good pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Off street parking for $21/day, but come and go as you please. We didn’t swim but pool had families in it all day/night. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend!! Will stay...

"Everything was great, the room and bathroom were clean. I would stay there again. The only problem that I had this morning was that we got down to the lobby at 10:15 am to grab a quick breakfast and the ladies were already closing down the breakfast area, it closes at 11am. "

"Hotel is in a great location for walking to everything. It was very clean and smelt nice. The only two complaints I have is the bedding was very cheap and rough. The bath towels were softer than the sheets! Bed was comfortable though and that the thermostat won’t go below 70!!! Thankfully we had a small fan in the car.There is a $30 charge for parking which I couldn’t find on the website before booking but it is what it is. Overall great stay and would stay again for location purposes."
