"Beautiful hotel, some staff were great but bartender ignored me for a bit when I tried to get a drink. And then when he did take my drink order he took other orders and then had to run around and find their bottle of wine, etc while I waited some more for a simple drink. And yes I was there before them."

"Overall the stay was good. Parking was too expensive so looked for alternatives near by. The first night we tried the restaurant downstairs and the service was not great. We were a larger group, but there was only one other couple there to be served. We waited a long time for just getting a menu and it took quite awhile for the food. There was only one person working as server and cook. The other issue that some of us had was not getting everything refreshed in the room...like cups, tea/coffee...I had requested a blanket which never did show up. Other than that, all was good. Staff other than the restaurant was helpful and friendly."

"Shower was dirty. Bring blankets. Pillows are uncomfy. So far pool has been closed 9/2025-5/2026. Take that off your plans. Difficulties navigating between wings and parkong garage. "

"Great place overall, just disappointed with the check-in process. It took a very long time, and multiple guests in other lines were checked in or helped with their issues before I was ever assisted. Once checked in everything was great, but the arrival experience definitely needs improvement."
