"Took forever on elevators, one was jumping up and down as you rode it, escalators were broken both ways, restaurants didn’t open until dinner it seemed, very long line at Starbucks, very dirty stairwells when taking due to elevators not arriving. "

Front desk check in staff was on private phone during check in process, the only time she spoke to us in English was when she asked for security deposit and a charge for parking on the premise. The rooms were not as clean as other Econo Lodges we have stayed at. Floors were sticky, counters & furniture were dusty and towels were stained. "

"Upon arrival, great! Woke up to a bed bug on me, they moved me rooms said they would refund and has taken well over 48 hours and still no refund. The new room, no outlets worked, the floor was disgusting, blood on the walls. Would I stay again: only if I absolutely had to. "

"The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and the mattress has visible stains. The manner in which the room was arranged made it so you couldn't see the TV from the couch, only the bed, which was out of sync for what my family needed. The indoor pool looked nice, but it was overly loud in the pool area so we ended up not using it at all. The pool situation was frustrating, as that was one of the reasons we opted for this hotel versus another option. Surge pricing for local events meant that we paid almost $700 for 2 nights in an uncomfortable room, that was difficult to sleep in, with a pool we didn't even use. The staff was nice and responsive to our requests. The breakfast was okay; I enjoyed the variety of oatmeal toppings. The location is convenient and most activities were walkable. "
