"The Hotel it's self is beautiful inside. The outside needs some up keep. The main dining area had a very strong musty smell couldn't eat in there. Had a chef table experience, nice service but way over priced."

"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they...

"The rooms are a bit quirky and unique but clean and tidy and the shower was excellent and bed comfy. It is a tad basic especially if you have work to do, no power points near the fold down desk etc. I also found the room quite noisy with trucks and cars and building work in the early morning (5am) however the staff are excellent and I enjoyed the bar area with some tacos, maybe a wider variety of food would be good also but there are lots of bars /restaurants nearby."

"Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage."
