"Phenomenal experience. I did not expect much given how small of a town Clovis is, but the staff here were unbelievably kind and accommodating. The free shuttle transport to airport/car rentals made my life much easier and the complimentary breakfast was great! Room was clean and well stocked, bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip."

"Although the parking lot was full of guests the property was quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean, however the bathroom floor and shower floors were not cleaned. There was hair from previous guest and bath tub has dirt stains. "

"One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in especially the bathroom! The bed was very comfortable. The woman who did my check in was so friendly despite the AC being out in her portion of the first floor. She was positive and kind. There was a bad storm when we needed to head out for an event, and the maintenance man offered to pull our car around to the covered parking so my daughter and I didn’t have to get soaked. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel is nice, clean, friendly. I have stayed there several times. Breakfast has been great every time I've stayed. On this visit, the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, from the looks of things it may be down for a while. The kids were really bummed out about that. If the pool is important, probably best to inquire if it's open or not before booking."
